Counselling


We all go through difficult periods — times of low mood, anxiety, stress, or uncertainty. Counselling offers a calm, confidential space to talk things through, understand what’s happening, and begin to feel more steady again.


You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Many clients start therapy with only a sense that something isn’t right. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on and work towards meaningful, achievable goals.


CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)


I also offer specialist support using CBT, which can be particularly helpful for:

  • insomnia and sleep problems

  • OCD and intrusive thoughts

Psychotherapy
