Counselling


We all go through difficult times—moments of low mood, anxiety, stress, or uncertainty. My counselling sessions are designed to offer you a calm, confidential space to talk things through at your own pace.


You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Many clients start without a clear idea of what’s wrong—only that something doesn’t feel right. Through gentle exploration, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and work toward achievable, meaningful goals.


I also offer specialist support using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), particularly helpful for:
