From Piccadilly Circus
Head 190 metres northwest on Glasshouse Street. At the Leicester Arms, turn right onto Warwick Street. Regus 48 Warwick Street is 30 metres on your left.
From Regent Street
Enter Glasshouse Street next to the Mulberry flagship store (100 Regent Street, opposite Burberry). After 50 metres, at the Leicester Arms, turn left onto Warwick Street. Regus 48 Warwick Street is 30 metres on your left.
From the heart of Soho
Simply head towards the western end of either Beak Street or Brewer Street. Just before you get to Regent Street:
- Beak Street - Be At One is on the corner of Warwick Street. Number 48 is 150 metres on the right.
- Brewer Street - The Leicester Arms is on the corner of Warwick Street. Number 48 is 30 metres on the left.

There are well over 20 TfL bus routes that can be accessed within 10 minutes.
National Rail
Every London mainline railway terminus is within 10 to 20 minutes on a direct route on either the underground or the Elizabeth Line - no need to interchange.
Thameslink at Farringdon Station is just one Elizabeth Line stop and a short walk through Soho via Tottenham Court Road Station (Dean Street EL exit).
Cycle and scooter hire
A reserved bay for hire cycles and scooters is directly outside the front door at 48 Warwick Street.
