A thoughtful, individualised approach
Reaching out for support can be a significant — and often vulnerable — step.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, professional pressure, or something harder to define, I offer a grounded and compassionate space where you can begin to understand what’s going on and what you need next.
My work is led by empathy, acceptance, and respect for your individual experience. I take a thoughtful, flexible approach, tailoring our sessions to how you best process, reflect, and grow.
Whether you’re looking for deeper therapeutic work, forward-focused coaching, or a blend of both, you’ll be met with care, professionalism, and clarity.
Who I work well with
I’m a good fit for people who want therapy that is warm, non-judgemental, and relational — but also structured, purposeful, and focused on change.
How I work
I practise as an integrative therapist, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet your needs.
My core training is person-centred, meaning feelings, relationships, and your lived experience are central to our work.
I also have further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mental health assessment, and I have worked in NHS services.
Depending on what feels most helpful for you, I may incorporate elements of:
Our work will evolve based on your goals, preferences, and personal style — always at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My style is calm, collaborative, and direct when it’s helpful — we’ll work gently, but we won’t avoid what matters.
A broader perspective
Before training as a therapist, I worked across business change consultancy, finance, entrepreneurship, and education. These experiences continue to shape my work and can be especially helpful when supporting clients with stress, burnout, leadership pressure, confidence, motivation, or decision-making.
I hold a Master of Arts from Clare College, University of Cambridge, and I completed postgraduate study at UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society, with a focus on development across the lifespan, special educational needs, and neurodiversity. I trained in CBT at the University of Exeter.
Experience across sectors
I’ve worked in a range of therapeutic settings, including:
This breadth of experience helps me meet clients from all walks of life with insight, flexibility, and genuine care.
Let’s work together
Whether you’re seeking therapy, coaching, or a combination of both, I offer a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
You don’t need to know whether you need counselling, psychotherapy, or coaching — we can work that out together.
You’re welcome to book an initial appointment, or start with a brief consultation call if you’d like to ask questions and see whether I’m the right fit.
