You can pay for your sessions in the way that works best for you — either by standard session fees or by pre‑paying for a block of sessions.

I offer clear, transparent international pricing, so you can book with confidence.

You can pay per session, or choose a 4-session subscription if you’d like to plan ahead. This is priced per session rather than per week, which keeps things flexible and avoids the “locked-in” feel of some larger subscription models.

Pre‑paying for a block of sessions gives you consistency and continuity — a powerful support structure especially if you’re working on ongoing goals or longer‑term change. Packages like this are a common way to create rhythm and momentum in therapy and coaching.   It also reduces my admin time, meaning I can spend more time working with clients, for which I am grateful.

If you’re unsure whether the 4‑session subscription is right for you — or you want standard pay‑as‑you‑go — you can still book your appointments as normal. Just get in touch to confirm how you’d like to pay before booking.

Online Banking or Wise (preferred)

If you have UK online banking then payment is instant and free.  

Wise allows secure, low‑cost payments in local currency from most bank accounts and cards. It’s flexible and trusted globally.

PayPal

If Wise doesn’t work for you and you don't have UK online banking, you can pay your invoice by PayPal - just contact me.
